Ka Ene Re Ka Lema is a 100 hector farm that was founded in 2018
It it located in the North West province. It was established with the intention to work hard to become a leading producer of crops, create jobs for the surrounding communities and generate income to boost the countries GDP.
The overall team will consist of 7 team members, being led by Martha Monaise with her background in team and project management. We expect to permanently employ 5 people and have 3 part time staff join during the harvesting seasons.

Our Management team
The overall team has five personnel led by Martha Monaise, who serves as the chairperson, with a background of farming, Josina Monaise is the driving force of the operation and growing the highest quality crops. Grace Monaise is managing the finance of the company, with Eunice Mophosho overseeing the Marketing and Sales and Katlego Monaise responsible for IT and Transport logistics. The company has employed 5 farm laborers and requires the service of three additional part time during the harvest time.
